here-Do a search for easy usb. I have the Antec SX1030 case (Enermax case is the same, both made by another company), and a Iwill KK-266r board. I wanted to use the 2 USB ports both on the backplane and on the MB, for a total of 4. Antec makes a unit that will fit into a full size bay and has the two USB ports with wire and connectors, and you can put a 3.5" device in the front panel as well. Shipping from Provantage to me in the midwest was $4.95. Installed very easy, and looks good.

Antec site also has a list of motherboards that include the USB pinout. I can't imagine having a motherboard this would work with and not getting one...
