Got 2x512 MB double-sided, want to upgrade to 2GB

I got an Abit AX8 rev. 1 with two Mushkin PC4000 as reviewed here:
http://www.anandtech.com/showdoc.aspx?i=1887&p=1

It's running at DDR500.

Now I want to upgrade to 2GB for World of Warcraft and Flight Simulator X.

I read the manual, but it doesn't list dual channel configurations with 3 DIMMs, and 4 times double side is listed as to only work in DDR333. 2x double sided and 2x single sided is listed as to work with DDR400, but how about DDR500? I s there any differnce betwenn 2x single sided and 1x double sided for the third module.?

I.e. what should I get? 2x 512 MB single sided, or 1x 1GB double sided?

Linkt to AX8 manual:

Thanks for your time!

I got 1GB, i jujst want another one because Flight Simulator X certainly needs, and World of Warcraft too if you have 40+ one your screen at the same time.
