Got 2 computers next to each other on the same AP running Win 8.1

One sees all the computers on the network just fine, the other only sees it'self. Network discovery is on, file sharing is on, I can't figure out what is wrong with this one computer.
It was working fine a few hours ago.

Make sure there are no IP address conflicts, and reboot the router. Try setting the IP address manually if it still isn't working.
 
One thing I know about Win8.1+ is it's very hard to switch from public network (where even with network discovery it still likes to see itself) to private network on WiFi. The most common solution is to un remember the saved WiFi, disconnect, then reconnect as private network.
