I hear you. I have ABIT KV8 Pro and the same processor. Got to the same speed as you did, and its actually a 23% OC; I only increased the voltage to 1.55 and I get Prime95 to do 24hrs.
Its incredibly nice to know I have almost a 3500+ processor and I only payed for a 2800+. These processors rock. Dual channel memory? BAH! who needs it!?
