He was an abortion "doctor" for the inner city (Phila) who butchered women and fetuses for years. Eventually he was convicted along with some of his staff. Who in heck would want to see a movie about this let alone help fund this? Doesn't anyone watch criminal minds? If they did they would know many perps live for eternal glorification that such a "film" will provide.
