gorgonzola, like it or hate it?

i like it a crust for my steaks at times.

i like it, but i voted indifferent since i dont go out of my way to get it. im not italian, but i was an italian cook for a lot of years.
 
Anyone here notice a correlation between Gorgonzola and single malt Islay scotch? Perhaps, dark German chocolate cake and an single malt Islay scotch
 
Love it, not italian. I had some great pizza last night with gorgonzola, potatoes and onions on a garlic and olive oil base... Fucking tasty.
