This is really bugging me off. I'm really backed up in videos that I need to encode so I can burn them to VCD and save space. I was testing out a clip of footage and for some reason the frame rate is always way more than 29.97 FPS. I've tried everything, literally. Uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstall, reinstalled, changed options, fiddled with FPS settings, tried smaller file sizes and larger file sizes.
Nothing at all seems to be working. Can anyone help me out? The audio is just a really high squeak for about 2 seconds then the video plays without audio for about 2 seconds more at 2x the normal rate then WMP wants to close.
