Gorb with a twist or no?

I just went from a slot1 chip w/ Gorb ot a slotketed chip & GORB, but when I put the s370 GORB on i just popped it on, i didnt twist it or anything...it seems solid but is it oging to pop off suddenly and fry my chip? i hesitate to change anything cuz it too quite a bit of force to get it on there in the first place, but i also dont want to risk a burn up...could it have already been twised into the locked position when i put it on? i didnt play with it enough before i put it on to know what the differences were between the two positions...thanks
