So lets take it from the rich and pass it around to the have-nots

Actually the FED and the govt has been taking from 300 million Americans and giving it to the richest who failed to the tune of 7 trillion dollars. They made business decisions, failed, and got bailed out and continue to 7 trillion dollars so far. No perp walks either, nor resignations, just huge bonuses. That's not how capitalism works but it is when so much is concentrated in a few hands.

It's like Mubarek who has his hands in every pot. Just substitute Goldman Sachs.

Almost 50% pay no federal income tax, so how are taxes for the little people?

That is a pointless distinction. Except for the extremely poor, working poor and middle class people pay a greater percentage of their disposable income in taxes than higher income people.

Hedge fund managers need their 15% tax rates to stimulate the economy by gambling on derivatives.

Even the "50%" that pay no federal income tax still pay SS, Medicare, state and local taxes, gas tax, tolls, etc.

Taxes are basically flat, and regressive at the very top.

I know "redistribution" is a dirty word for conservatives,

Yet funny how the Blue states pay for the Red.

So lets take it from the rich and pass it around to the have-nots

Already do. The NASCAR Nation doesn't make much, and boy do the rest of us pay for it.

Texas is the only bright spot in what is otherwise a Federal dollars black hole.
