Accepting it opens up a whole lot of issues. Including whether the EPA has any authority to approve anything. This is a One Person doesn't like what's being taught in School so nobody else can learn it vibe.

That's not Justice, it's turning every extremist into a Monkey Wrench.

It is bizarre that a single district court judge can with a stroke of the pen and with no substantive argument or reasoning, ban a medication that's been in use for 20 years and been rigorously tested and unanimously approved, is the dominant treatment, and has 99.9% effectiveness without meaningful side effects. Clearly the man has an agenda.

It's always kinda fun when a Republican politician catches a brief moment of self-awareness that they might be in the real party of big govt.

Is there a crack in the wall or is this just a play to get the SCOTUS to get involved?
Mace has repeatedly criticized her party for what she has called a lack of "compassion" for women in relation to abortion rights. Last month, she blasted a bill backed by some Republican legislators in South Carolina that would potentially subject women who had abortions to execution.

Biden should not just ignore it, but be brazen about it.
Let Republicans decide if they want to impeach him and make abortion the central issue in 2024, like it was in 2022.

Laws only work because of a level of voluntary compliance. If the majority of people ignore the law there is nothing these knuckle dragging red state politicians can do about it.

It's time for people to fight back. Yes, the Texas judge should be ignored and if SCOTUS sides with the Texas judge SCOTUS should be ignored.

Blue states can stockpile abortion meds and redistribute to anyone who requests. The state of Texas ain't suing the state of Massachusetts.

Nows the time to stand up to this radical authoritarianism. If this decision starts looking bad, I suspect more people will advocating ignoring SCOTUS.

In fact the federal government can setup a system to report HIPPA violations and whistleblow on anyone who interferes in their healthcare. Do it similar to all the vigilante laws enacted by Republicans across the country.
