They are footing a large portion of that insurance premium so yes. Also, they do allow for petitioning for a change in coverage and voicing your opinion on certain matters. Granted that's not a very "free" way to go but since they are paying a substantial sum, they should have a say as well. If I wanted, I could go and get my own policy with its own coverage and guidelines that would give me more freedom. I have a CHOICE.
