I ordered a part from Googlegear on Tuesday, with two day air shipping... I paid the higher price Googlegear had to get the cheap 2 day shipping because I needed the part by tomorrow.
I've ordered from them before, but I never paid attention to the order tracking - it always arrived fairly promptly.
Anyway, now its Thursday night, and it says its packed... but hasn't shipped yet. Its been packed and waiting to ship since Tuesday. This doesn't make any sense to me, so I'm HOPING that they aren't very accurate with their order status page. I hope its been mailed and will arrive tomorrow regardless of what that page says but I guess I can't hold my breath.
Can anyone comment on your experiences with their order status page? If it says it hasn't shipped yet does that really mean it hasn't shipped yet?
