GoogleGear.com Problems

I recently ordered a new computer from GoogleGear.com. When I originally entered my credit card information it said that it could not contact a carrier for my credit card and that I should press the back button and try again. So I did. It did this two more times and I got the same message. So later I call my credit card company and they tell me google gear charged $4,000 on my credit card. Thats right four different computers even though googlegear.com said that it could not contact my credit card company... Opinions/Ideas

Why don't you just call Googlegear and tell them there is a mistake. Better yet, let your Crediter handle it. That's their job. You did nothing wrong, googles transaction page only charged what you checked out. Honest mistake, let them fix it.

Never hit an order button twice unless you confirm with your CC company that it has not been charged. Call GG and if they don't remove it juct dispute the entire charge and order from someone else,

I'm a little pissed with them. I ordered a 2.8c (shows on reciept) and they sent a 2.8b. RMAd it . Checked today and they charged a restocking fee. I needed the processor right the so I bought one locally. I should not have to pay $60 + shipping for their FU. Calling them tomorrow.

So if I just call Google Gear they should fix it even though everythings already been charged up.
