They are able to survive through the bubble burst and despite the rise of Google, they are still fighting the good fight with no end in sight. I still use their tool suite... companion/calendar/bookmarks/mail. They are not a one-trick pony.

I always used Altavista, then I started using Google, and haven't looked back
