We're considering getting a Google TV. The main reason for this is Netflix as we currently have our Xbox360 do it but see no need to pay their yearly fee if that's all we use it for.

Questions:
1. Does GoogleTV's Netflix app allow you to browse Netflix's catalog and search for titles to watch instantly? (We have another device that only allows you to view your instant queue but cannot browse).
2. Can you plug an External Hard Drive into one of GoogleTV's USB ports? Will it play MKV files? What about if the drive is 2TB's large NTSC?
3. We have a DirectTV HD Receiver and a TiVo. The two devices work together but I am confused on that would work with a GoogleTV. Could we browse our recorded Tivo programs within GoogleTV?
4. GoogleTV boasts about "the internet on your tv" - does this include Flash websites/games/chrome extensions/Flash Videos?

Thanks yall.

1. Don't know. I don't use Netflix.
2. Yes. You can plug external USB drives and play MKV files. GoogleTV supports MKV natively. Don't know if it needs to be Fat32 or NTSC. I haven't tested it personally. I stream everything from my computer/server wirelessly through Google TV.
3. I don't have DirectTV so I couldn't tell you. I could access the full DVR recorded videos on Dish with Google TV.
4. Google TV has full browser with Flash so you can view Flash videos. Hulu is blocked. Web browsing is good. Logitech Revue has excellent wireless keyboard with trackpad.

Google TV is a bargain at $99. I love my Google TV.
