Google tablet?

I remember last year there was word of Google working on a tablet that would run ChromeOS and take a jump into the fray like they did with the Nexus One. For the past few months I haven't heard anything of this. Has Andriod Honeycomb taken over ChromeoS for tablets? Is Google even going to release a tablet?

AFAIK ChromeOS is still being developed, just nobody knows what it is going to be used for or if it will be merged into Android eventually.
