Love sales, I need more games that I don't play. :p

My daughter will play them though.

There's also going to be 25 albums, 25 movies and 25 books on sale. Wondering what those will end up being.

Last sale, I had to call my credit card company. They locked my account after noticing 10-15 small purchases made within the span of 2 minutes.

I wish you could batch purchase the apps. I haven't been to the website in a while, maybe they added a shopping cart?

Mine did the same during Steam sales 2 years ago.
They never stopped any Steam sales since then though.

Which one of the Office app was it that Google bought?
If it was not the one currently on sale, then there's no need for me to waste my money.

I just purchased everything on sale without regard for need or utility. :D

Google bought Quickoffice.

With that said, I like OfficeSuite because it's the only office package that opens RTFs. Are RTFs licensed or something because it seems odd that nobody has bothered to include an import filter for them. And at 25 cents, there's almost no reason not to get it.

Lol. I did too just about.. as an added bonus I was able to use 25 cents of my 45 cent balance. Now I have to wait for the 20 cent sale.

Google-owned or not, and even with the silly font pack business (go into the settings and disable all notifications for upgrades ASAP), OfficeSuite has by far the best word processor on Android. It's not even close.

I really like OfficeSuite Pro 6 as well. I'm not sure I $14.99 like it, but at 25 cents, definitely worth picking up.

I've tried QuickOffice too, but didn't like the interface as much.

Bought the office app. Nothing else caught my eye that I didn't already have.

That's all I picked up also. Don't know why, since I am giving up on having an Android phone. (which will save me $112/mo.)

Too much work.
If I did that, then that would mean I'll also need to uninstall almost everything.

Unfortunately Google doesn't give the option to purchase apps and install later on your phone.
It always installs automatically with immediate effects.

That is a pain but I just cancel it and press X when it's downloading.

One has to wonder why Google bought QuickOffice and not OfficeSuite then.

None of those office apps are worth the $14.99 MSRP cost. That is absurd.
The idea of me using these Office apps on my phone is laughable. That's what my laptop is for.

However, I still got it because it's only 25cents and I may end up owning a tablet at some point in the future(just...not now) so it may be worth it.

I actually use it a lot, though not on the phone. The last conference I went too, I took notes on my Nexus 7 (using swype keyboard) at pretty much the speed of the speakers presenting. I can definitely type faster on a laptop, but this combo's fast and flexible enough for me to capture everything I needed.

I wouldn't pay $14.99 when there are alternatives, but I can't say that it's not been worth at the $15 price in terms of productivity.

Interesting. That's probably something that Google Play should borrow from iTunes. I know when I buy a bunch of random things, it summarizes it as a single charge a day or two later so that I don't get a bunch of tiny transactions on my credit card.
