Google Picasa

seems pretty slow. That and i hate logging in to accounts.

You dont have to log in if you use the Picasa program, it saves your account information. 😛 It seems pretty quick to me.
 
picasa is ok, both the viewer/organizer and picasaweb. Google is a little late, but it does have a nice simple feel to it. i prefer flickr, but mostly for the social aspects of it. That and picasa gets limited at 6GB (i was looking for a way to have a psuedo backup of all my pictures)
 
Yes, I am in Iraq right now with the Air Force. I work on computer related things, but they're nothing interesting, they use Z80 processors I believe. Also the main processor in the Game Boy?? The free Picasa account only give you 250 MB, but it's about 1000 images... not bad for free!
