Looks like the fact that nobody on the Android store buys apps is finally forcing google to make some changes.
People like to argue about how both of the app stores have quality apps. I agree with that, but it seems like google is having a hard time monetizing those apps for the quality developers out there. Will developers keep on flocking to a platform when they know they might not receive a return on their investment?
Could it be that the 'open' app store might not be the best policy? In my opinion, google should police it more and remove apps that are trash. Doesn't look like this is at the top of their priority list at the moment.
