Question Google News: 'Something Has Gone Wrong?

Looking for assistance in trying to rectify a problem. View Google News quite often. As of yesterday, December 5, 2019 Google News is displaying: 'Something Has Gone Wrong'. 'Please Reload The Page'. > "Refresh".

This occurs each time I click on Google News. 'Refresh' does nothing. However, as I begin to scroll to the bottom, the error disappears; 'Something Has Gone Wrong'. Now, I notice an added feature in the drop down box in the upper right hand corner: 'Install Google News App', as I highlighted in gray and inserted for viewing.

All information relating to the above is appreciated.
