How does a google maps user get content (photos and videos) listed on the left side of maps as seen in the following image?

you really couldn't google the answer to this yourself but you could take screen caps and post them to the web?

you must be lazy as shit.
 
In other words, no one knows how to get photos and videos to display on google map pages. There are several other GPS tagged videos and photos on Panoramio and YouTube that don't display on google maps.

I was serious about searching on .kml files. They are the format for putting stuff like images on google maps.
