google maps wasn't working for me on PC last night, but it was working on mobile. and it seems to be fine now.
of all the things that google has ever created, i think maps is the best.
I had a Windows Phone app (cost me a buck or two) called Amazing Weather that was fantastic, pretty much like Google Maps, I guess. I could drill down and see my house, it's trees, etc.! Or anywhere. Dang thing went belly up. One day the developer(s) sent a message that it was soon going to shut down because "the stallion that was Window Phone" was drying up. Alas, I still have my Windows Phones but use them unactivated. They do GPS OK (don't need data), and my best Windows phone's screen is much superior to my Samsung Galaxy S9 screen.
