Google left side nav bar / pageranks?

In this pic, google results page has nav stuff on the left side.

I really like this... how do I get it to stay that way? Seem to occur randomly. I hit refresh after taking the screenshot, and it went back to the normal google look, with the results flush against the left boundary of the browser.
