Google just got a summary judgment in the landmark Viacom vs Google case.

"We believe that this ruling by the lower court is fundamentally flawed and contrary to the language of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)," Viacom said in a statement.

Any ruling that the media moguls believe to be contrary to the language of the DMCA is A-OK in my books.

Sweet, although I do not think YouTube was worth the price tag and the legal headaches that came with it.
