google keeps logging me out

For the past few days I keep getting the "your login has expired" on my google home page. It happens at work and at home. Sometimes it will give me that message at top and i'll refresh and it goes away. Sometimes it logs me out. Is this a known bug? Any help would be appreciate. Thanks.
 
This can happen with high security/cookie settings and full caches. Could also be an update from Google taking its time to propagate through.
