I think you can download them but you can only play them in Google's Video Player program. Not sure about that though.
 
I ws reading some where that Google has the most demanding DRM for their videos. Meaning you can only watch them online and some other crap...
 
I don't understand why someone would buy the brady bunch from google. You can buy a whole season for ~$25, so you could encode it yourself for around $1/episode.
