So if it's like that, then why are we not all forced to use our real life names across everything including YouTube, while we are at it?

I already have a G+ for myself, for employers-business type stuff.
This is same email tied to my YT account, so just using it for what's going on with my YT.
You know, avoiding the mixing of business & pleasure type thing.
Just like on FB, several accounts, but only 1 is real.
