Over the next few weeks i'll be interviewing some fine computer folks over the phone. I can't wait. I'm going to mess with them so hard core. Like instead of asking job related questions i'll be asking things like what is their favorite food, how many times they talk to them selves in a day etc.

I'll even be breathing heavy into the phone just to see how they react. Mr. Gates said we couldn't hire anyone anyways right now...
