I recently ditched my PayPal and eBay accounts because of all of the changes and PayPal is just taking too much of my profits from selling stuff on eBay and other places. So I just signed up for a Google checkout account I already have a Gmail account (PS when is Gmail going to come out of beta) So I need to know how to use it. I had to give them my credit card numbers and stuff So I was hoping I would be able to use it as easily as PayPal

- Thanks

Only used it when GCO was offering good money off deals, but they caught on and stopped repeat abusers. It's basically a storage of your personal info and CC number, it saves you time entering the info and keep your CC from the merchant. It works fine if the transaction is smooth, but could be another layer to deal with if you have to do return or there is a problem with your order.

Wrong side of Google Checkout. OP is talking about using it to ACCEPT payments.

No big, that's why I'm here. I highly suggest everyone that stumbles in here to read my previous link and cut out their nasty paypal habits. :)

just use the send invoice option, the user needs to then make a googlecheckout account but its relatively easy, thats how i charge my webhosting clients.
