Google Calendar to Outlook sync

I installed it, and when I try to sync from my Outlook calendar to the Google one, nothing happens. I see the icon move in mt tray but nothing gets synced, I tried syncing both ways.
what do people do here use to sync their Outlook calendars with one on the web? It doesn't have to be Google calendar I can install whatever on my web host.

I tried it but it didn't seem to work correctly, I also synced both ways but my google calender items didn't show up on the outlook calendar.

I sync both ways and same problem, no google cal in my outlook. My outlook goes to google though.

humm neither way does anything for me, this really sucks because I love the idea, and even worse I can't seem to find another program that does this, or a totally different online calendar.

Damn Google and their "beta" apps 🙂

Havent tried it, but, RAINLENDAR is GREAT.

Rainlendar is great, I use it. But I believe the Google Calendar sync it has only syncs one way, Google to your PC, not what I'm looking to do. I would love to be able to enter my appointments on my PC and have it sync with the web calendar so clients can take a look and see when I'm available.
