Unfortunately Google Apps is now a paid service, but I am still using the free edition of Google Apps with my own domain name. Several weeks ago, I noticed that my emails have disappeared and I don't understand why that is the case. I can't seem to find a number that I can call to get technical support. It seems like the phone number that's available on Google Apps is only for paid users as it requires a PIN. The free edition of Google Apps don't have PINs. So what can I do right now? I have a lot of important emails that have now vanished.
