I can't seem to figure out how to put in an exclusion.
I'm trying to set up a helpdesk and I made an email address for it (itsupport@company.com), but it gets added into the everyone@company.com and every email that goes to everyone ends up becoming a help desk ticket.
Does anyone know how to exclude an address from a group that is "all users" in Google Apps Mail (for businesses)????
