Just remember that all those perks come with a price, and you often pay that price in cash. I almost worked for Bloomberg LP, another company known for taking care of their employees. When I was weighing my options with a friend, I mentioned that I'd be making at least $10k/year less at Bloomberg, but with the free lunch and insurance and such, it might be worth it.
His comment was basically "$10k is $10k. If I could skip lunch every day for a year and get $10k for it, I wouldn't think twice about doing so."
I have never looked back.
