M+C .....noisy ? Wet weather handling good ? how about milege ?
 
From the tirerack reviews, they seem to be very low rated. This tire is an OEM tire for a lot of cars, so expect a lot of horrible reviews.

The tire rides fine, your basic tire really. Works decent in rain, handles ok, average noise. Personally I would suggest the Goodyear Assurance line of tires.
 
check to see if tirerack has test results on both tires. Note that's not the same as user reviews.
