Was asking my boss about some new positions that were recently approved, she told me the plan is to automatically re-assign me (along with a few other folks) to quasi administrative jobs, lots of time on the phone, etc...

I sort of like doing what I'm doing now:( , but it would be foolish to refuse the position.

Unfortunately, no raise involved, just a position change.

Your hospital allows moonlighting?
If you like your position right now, and aren't getting a raise by switching, then why are you switching?

Job position is probably being reclassified so there's no choice in the matter.

Not my choice, am just being re-categorized...

Will be a case manager for a large group of patients.

My hospital allows moonlighting, it was changed several years ago.
