Good X11-based apps?

Apple just released X11 for Mac.. I want to download it and play with it a bit. What good apps are there that would work under this?
 
While I would call "good" and "X11" oxymoronic, there are a few decent apps out there. Besides a couple of high-end apps such as MatLab, the best thing you could use would be OpenOffice.
