Lot of them out there are too thick and force your wrists up too high putting ur hand in a weird position. Are there any better designed ones out there?

Get an 'L' shaped desk that you can rest your elbow on. Leaving it dangling in the air sucks, and is probably the root of your problem. These "work stations" are optimized for mousing. I've GOT to have my elbow supported or I ain't happy!Desk height is standard 30", but mouse and keyboard are at only 24", which is the normal height of a keyboard drawer or the arm of your chair. The top of your monitor screen should be 1" below eye level.

Word!
I got mine at Best Buy and it works quite well. It basically makes love with your wrist by wrapping itself around it. :)

LOL...sure @ ATOT...if I wanted advice on a piece of Hardware I go to 1 other Forum :p

I wouldn't exactly call a mouse pad hardware.

I would and prolly post it in The Peripherals Forum

Look up hardware and tell me a mousepad is a piece of hardware.

It's sure not Software

Edit=Want more you look it up :p
