Feel free to swap out 1 from imp hamstring and 1 from commanding presence for imp slam. Also feel free to swap out 3 from tactical mastery for flurry. Blood frenzy's increases DPS is so miminal at the lower end level. Endless rage is a really really bad 41 point talent. In between hard hitting white swings and getting focused fired, rage is never an issue.
