Good Wireless USB Conference Mic?

In our offices, we have morning huddles in a rather open, 20x20ft area. Some of our staff are remote, so they Skype/ooVoo into the huddle. A computer puts the remote users on-screen and runs the huddle.

We have issues with finding the right microphone to pick up everyone who is speaking in the large area. There is not much conflicting noise, though. However, I don't want a Lavalier system, or handheld mic, since everyone speaks.

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good mic, preferably wireless as the area is not conducive to wiring mics? I'm open to using two or three mics with a mixer too, if that's a better idea.

Thanks.

Well, essentially that is what I am asking. What is a proper mic? What's a good USB mixer? I'd like to get advice from people that may know the various mics and similar setups better than I do, which is close to nil. 🙂

these are examples, I am not advocating the particular piece of hardware

It has 4 xlr / 0.25" mic input and usb output.

a few of these

and a few spool of

if you need long runs.
