hey there everyone,

I have recently built a computer in a secluded room from the house, now I have an issue that I need to resolve. In order to get a connection to that computer, I have two options either to run a cat5 wire to that room (which is a huge hassle) or purchase a wireless USB adapter for the desktop. (which can interrupt and lower the bandwidth) I know you guys are all networking pros, so please I'd like your two cents on this situation. All inquiries will be appreciated and overlooked. Thanks again everyone and happy holidays.

Well...

I got the Gigafast WF741 from PcClub.com for free after rebate.... its been working flawlessly so far... and it's total cost will be 7$ for the shipping...

I have it paired up with a Netgear wireless router MR814 which also has been great...

My DSL connection is only about 300kbps so wireless bandwidth has never been an issue.
