I'm guessing that they're referring to the quality of sound ("good") that tends to be produced by wireless headphones. I've got a pair and love them, but there's a noticeable difference between them and a wired pair.
 
Don't wireless headphones get interference as well? Or rather, it depends on the frequency your wireless headphones will be operating from...
 
I've asked this here before and was basically told by everyone that they're all complete bollocks.
