Good Win2k Pro tweaking software?

I just switched from win xp pro to win2k pro. I had a lot of compatibility problems with win xp. Any ways, I used a program called tweak-xp before and I was wondering what tweaking program they make for windows 2000. Also, I noticed that my downloads go a lot slower with win2k compared to xp, is there anything I can do to speed up my d/l's here. I am on a college network which uses two T-3 lines (i think). Also, if anyone can repost any of the win2k tips to tweaking win2k, that would be good.

**NOTE: By the way, anyone with an ASUS board, does Win2k accept chipset drivers and agp controler drivers? I know with XP, they came with the OS and if you tried to install them, it would not take them. What is the story with win2k?
