Good website for uploading private pictures?

I know someone who needs to uploads pictures to a website where he can also enable a password so that only relatives can see them. One more thing, it shouldn't just be FTP, something where he uploads and it shows up in an html page or something similar. Basically, he should need to upload, set password, and then give other link and password to view pictures.

I'd setup some script for him on my webserver and that's what the plan was but I decided if there is a website that does this, it would be easier.
 
base would work except they seem to be showing user's pictures on the main page and listing all the user's in alphabetical order.
 
I have a script you can try out, provided you leave the copyrights in place.

Im not willing to test the security of my authentication though, so you would have to use .htaccess security for the time being.

He needs to get his own website and domain name -- search Hot Deals, there's some good stuff right now (I recommend HostPC). Then get CopperMine. It's a great photo gallery. I'm using it on two different sites right now! To batch upload, you have to use FTP. But you can upload single-pix with its built-in file manager.

And it's free for non-profit / personal use.
