Any recommendation for a good website that sells decent (cost and quality) parts for notebooks (ram, hard drive, processor, etc.), preferrably for Dell??

Generally speaking - the best source for parts is E-Bay. Do a search anyway you like - focus on Dell parts. Sometimes you can get brand new parts for older models.

depends on the parts ur looking for. as bruno said, universal components like hdd, ram, cpu and stuff can be purchased in most hardware shops. If u need more specific parts, those that are for special models, eg wlan modules, screen connectors, keyboards, battery and other stuff than ebay seems the easiest way. There are some internet shops offering those parts too.
