Hmmm.. the "people's choice ideal weight" says I should be 5 pounds heavier than I am but looking in the mirror and at clothing I feel I should be 5-10 pounds smaller.Frame size obviously isn't factored into this site.My current BMI is 19.5 though so I'm on the right track.

In the MetLife table there's a weight range based on frame size.
Wow, a BMI of 19.5 is pretty low. I'm at 22.8 and wouldn't want to get much thinner.
Are you sure you aren't being too hard on yourself?

WTF? That is more than half my weight! On top of that, it is just about half the weight I have ever been!
161-184lbs according to the MetLife tables for a Large frame? BS!!!
These people are smoking something illegal.....
No.... This is crazy. I know I am overweight, but gawd dam it! When I was 250lbs, I was in good shape. (Not ripped mind you, but good shape.)
But I guess I just break their scales. (all puns intended.)
BMI 19.7 here. Slightly underweight. I am once again reminded that I am a friggin' string bean. :|Originally posted by: Riprorin

I think the forumla is actually pretty easy, from the Kellog's Special K cereal people if you "can pinch an inch" you are overweight
