Good Web Hosting

Mine has been down 6 times in the past two weeks (50megs.com). I am looking to switch to a different sight. Does anyone know of a good place? I am willing to pay to be banner-less.

I've been using the free service offered by Crosswinds. The free version has pop-ups, but they offer a "premium" service for $4.99 per month. I have never had a problem with their service. My site did recently die, but that was a result of their servers being located near the WTC in NY and the resultant power problems blew out one of the colocation facility's UPS's. Hardly Crosswinds' fault.
