good web hosting companies?

I'm looking for a website hosting company to keep a company's website on.

so it would need:

- ~500-1000 MB storage
- >6GB transfer
- PHP4 support
- Cold Fusion Support
- Databases (Access/ SQL Server etc)
- unlimited email accounts, pop access/forwarding, FTP accounts.
- cheap?

There is no support, and the servers are relatively unstable.

what are you talking about? thre is support and why wouldnt there servers be stable? you should reread there website
 
I am learning that webhost's quality are not really a function of their price but rather their level of service. My first webhost kicked massive butt until they sold themselves to another hosting service... everything went to hell after that.

I got another fairly decent webhost and they seemed to be great for 4 or 5 months but now that traffic is building the service is really spotty.

I am thinking that a dedicated server is my only option especially considering I am about to install a full retail store on one of my domains. I can't wait until the day I can afford a T1 line and host all my websites on a trustworthy connect. 😛
 
i have been using Deru.Net for quite some time with more than one account. excellent tech support and the uptime is awesome. i would recommend them to anybody 🙂

Hundreds of AT'ers already have a free 1and1.com web hosting account (500MB/5GB) except for me.
