Take a quick hot shower (this is an actual studied way, I read it somewhere so it must be true) then go to bed when you get out. Your body will be naturally cooling off and then the nice cool sheets feel nice and you fall asleep quick. It works for me.
Get a job where you get up at a 4AM and sometimes walk to work (about 25 mins).
And then lay down in front of the TV mid - late eve and watch some boring show, even the decent ones work fine for me.
