Good VPN tutorial on setup??? Any links or books please.

Hi,
I need to setup a simple VPN so work folks can use their cable modems from home to access the network her at work. I am running Win2k Server, have router, firewall, etc.

All info I find gives lessons on what a VPN is. I know what a VPN is, but can't get mine to work.
Please advise where a newbie like me can find simple how to info on getting a simple VPN working.

I normally detest the "for dummies" series of books, but VPN for dummies is actually a pretty good book on VPNs. Also, VPNs Demistified is a good book, but I haven't read too much of it. I can't for the life of me find either book online to point you to them, but I have them at home. If I remember, I'll look for the ISBN numbers and look them up that way.
