Good voice-to-text software anyone?

I'm looking for a high quality program for voice-to-text purposes, preferably one that will use .wav files. I remember Dragon Naturally Speaking from a few years ago, but I was wondering if there was anything better.

I believe Dragon Naturally Speaking is still supposed to be good. I got a friend who uses a recent version often and is happy with it.
